Ownership

All methodologies, frameworks, structures, templates, tables, checklists, policies, procedures, documents, assessments, and other materials made available within this workspace (collectively, the “Materials”) are developed by and remain the intellectual property of IT Security Tilburg B.V. (“ITST”), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Access to this workspace does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Permitted Use

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right of use to download, access, and use the Materials solely for the following purposes:

• Internal use within the Client’s organisation for the purpose of assessing, developing, and maintaining cybersecurity and NIS2 compliance maturity;
• Internal sharing with employees, management, and internal stakeholders where necessary for governance, implementation, training, and awareness;
• Limited external disclosure to professional advisors (such as auditors or legal advisors) and to competent regulatory or supervisory authorities, where reasonably required as evidence of cybersecurity compliance (including policies, registers, checklists, and registration documentation).

Restrictions

Without prior written consent from IT Security Tilburg B.V., the Client shall not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, modify, translate, or adapt the Materials beyond the permitted purposes;
• Share, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make the Materials available to unrelated third parties;
• Reuse or repurpose the underlying structures, frameworks, tables, checklists, or methodologies for other organisations or commercial purposes.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under this disclaimer are fully reserved by IT Security Tilburg B.V.

No transfer of ownership, intellectual property rights, or know-how is implied or granted by access to or use of this workspace.

All information, documents, and data uploaded or created within this workspace that relate to the Client’s organisation are treated as confidential.
