We have split up our service into the following phases:

1. Analyse
2. Development
3. Monitor

Analyse Phase

The goal of this phase is to get insight into your current maturity level. As input we will provide with:

• A Risk & Impact Analysis questionnaire to fill out
• A link to an awareness test that you can distribute with your organization

Risk & Impact Analysis

The goal of this questionnaire is collect general information about your business and to gain insight your current maturity in compliance. In this questionnaire we follow the Cbw Control Framework for that purpose.

Awareness test

With the link we provide you, alle your employees can do an awareness test. Normally the processing time of this test is three weeks.

Report discussion

After you have completed the Risk & Impact Analysis and all results of the Awareness tests in received, we will prepare a report. For that we will plan a 1-on-1 discussion. After the discussion you will receive the final report. You will receive a new offer to continue to the Development Phase.

Development Phase

In this phase your organization wil grow in maturity for compliance to Cbw. It wil take six months to get your certification.

Environment

We will provide you with a client-specific working space for your organization. As a start this space is pre-filled with registers and policies to develop your compliancy.
